Jamaicans are taking advantage of the new opportunities to establish a working relationship with their homeland, Dahlia Walker-Huntington, a former member of the Diaspora Advisory Board stated at the launch of the book, ‘The Jamaican Diaspora: Building an Operational Framework’.
